Sussex Cookers provides a full one year warranty on all parts supplied for you peace of mind and confidence.

What is covered?

Our warranty covers you for any naturally occurring faults during the 12 month period from the date of purchase.

What Sussex Cookers Will Do?

Sussex Cookers will seek to address faults which occur during the warranty period. We ask you to return the item to our offices using the returns procedure outlined here. We will then seek to repair or replace your faulty part.

Under this agreement you are entitled to one replacement or repair of your spare part. Parts supplied during the warranty period are not further covered by any warranty.

In the event a repair is unsuccessful, we will seek to replace part under the above terms.

To return an item, please complete the returns form provided on our site. Once your request has been received one of our customer support team members will then contact you with further details.

When returning your order, please use suitable packaging to secure your order from damage in transit. You remain responsible for the cost of returning the items and we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt. This insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

What is not covered?

Any fault which could be considered to a result of incorrect installation, direct damage due to handling or neglect will not be covered under this warranty.

All spares should be fitted by suitably qualified engineer. In light of this we reserve the right to request evidence that qualified engineer has performed the installation before fulfilling this warranty agreement.
